Answers to some common pricing questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can start a free trial of Papillio now, which will give your access to all Papillio features for a period of 14 days. 

During your free trial, we will provide you with a fully featured version of Papillio so that you can experience the full depth and breadth of the software.

In addition, you will be able to invite as many of your colleagues as wish to help you evaluate the product. We'd highly recommend that you do this, because Papillio is a collaboration tool at its heart and to evaluate it completely, you'll want to play with others.

After your 14-day free trial, your access to Papillio will be declined, as will the access of any users you've invited to your account. To continue using Papillio, you'll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Do I need a credit card for my free trial?

No. To start our 14-day free trial, you are not required to give us your credit card details.

Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?

Yes.

The prices displayed for each plan on this page are for monthly subscriptions.

However, when you decide to subscribe, you can also choose to take advantage of discounts offered for annual subscriptions. In addition, you can also switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription at any time.

Annual subscriptions attract a 17% discount on the prices displayed on this page. That's two months free every year.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

Upgrading can take one of three forms:

  • Adding users licenses to an existing plan,
  • moving to a higher plan, or
  • converting an existing monthly subscription to an annual subscription.

When you upgrade in the middle of a subscription period, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the period. Your new subscription total will then be updated at the beginning of the next period.

Can I downgrade or cancel my subscription plan?

Yes, you can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. You can also remove any extra users licenses on your plan.

Papillio does not offer refunds if you downgrade or cancel your plan in the middle of a subscription period, and we would therefore recommend you do this as close as possible to the start of the next period.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for both monthly and annual subscription plans.

For annual subscription plans, you can also opt to pay invoices by internet transfer if you prefer. Our payment terms for internet payments is 14 days from receipt of invoice.
